Tournament Format - There are six 4 team brackets. Teams will play 3 pool games within their bracket afterwhich the 6 bracket winners will advance to the playoff round. Seeds 1 and 2 will receive a first round bye in the quarter finals. Refer to the Tournament Rules for the tiebreaker guidelines.
Bat Restrictions - Wood bat only. Bamboo and composite wood allowed.

Richmond County Youth Complex - grass
Staten Island Tech High School - turf (no metal cleats)
