Tournament Format - Teams will play 3 pool games within their bracket afterwhich the 10 bracket winners will advance to the playoff round.  Seeds 7, 8, 9 and 10 will play a "play in" game with the winners advancing to the quarter finals along with seeds 1-6.  Refer to the Tournament Rules for the tiebreaker guidelines.
